Summary - Take a mindful pause midweek to reconnect with yourself. This class blends gentle movement, breathwork, sound and mindfulness practices to help you reset, reduce stress, and restore your inner balance. Perfect for all levels—come as you are and leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
