8/31 12:10PM Midday Yoga Paula Yoga An all-levels yoga class that emphasized alignment and stability with clear pose instruction and modifications as needed!
9/1 4:00PM Yoga Brandy Power Flow An energizing flow designed to build heat, strength and confidence.  Expect dynamic movement, focused core work, strength-building poses, and a pace that keeps you challenged from start to finish.  Modifications are offered for all levels
9/1 5:15PM Fab, Fit, Fun Brandy Yoga Sculpt A high-energy blend of yoga, strength, and cardio using light weights and an upbeat playlist.  Expect squats, lunges, core work, sculpting movements, and flowing yoga sequences designed to challenge your whole body.
9/2 12:10PM Midday Yoga Paula Yoga An all-levels yoga class that emphasized alignment and stability with clear pose instruction and modifications as needed!
9/2 5:15PM Bear Balance Jen Stretch & Reflect 15 minutes of gentle stretching followed by a 45 minute guided meditation.  Bolsters, blankets, and other props are utilized to promote deep relaxation and activation of the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) nervous system.
9/3 4:00PM Yoga Hannah Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that connects breath with movement, flowing from one pose to the next with intention.  This class builds strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness.
9/3 5:15PM Fab, Fit, Fun Hannah Mat Pilates Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout that focuses on core strength, stability, posture and controlled movement.  Using your body weight and intentional, precise exercises, it builds strength and endurance while improving core strength, mobility and body awareness.
9/4 12:10PM Midday Yoga Jen Gentle Stretch & Flow Gentle stretching paired with a slow yoga flow.  Most asanas are practiced on the floor with a few grounding asanas practiced from a standing position.  Emphasis is placed on gentle movement and breath-to-body connection.

9/8 5:15PM Fab, Fit, Fun Rachel Buti Buti is a music-driven movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts + deep core conditioning.  You'll leave class feeling strong, confident and full of energy!
9/9 12:10PM Midday Yoga Jessica Mindful Flow Mindful flow is a gentle, intentional practice that connects breath to movement while inviting you to slow down and tune in to your body.  Each class may focus on a different area of the body, blending flowing movement with grounding, restorative poses.  Expect a balance of movement and stillness, with an emphasis on mindful breathing and being present in the moment.  Every class concludes with Savanna (Corpse Pose), giving you time to rest, release, and simply be.
9/9 5:15PM Bear Balance Haylee Yin Yin Is a slow, calming practice focused on deep breathing, relaxation, and releasing tension.  Poses are held for several minutes with the support of props to relax the mind and the body to the deepest levels.
9/10 4:00PM Yoga Angie Spicy Vinyasa This class is a vinyasa yoga flow, linking breath with movement.  There will be standing and seated postures to warm and challenge the body.  Modifications and variations are offered throughout to allow individuals to practice at all levels!
9/10 5:15PM Fab, Fit, Fun Angie Spicy Vinyasa This class is a vinyasa yoga flow, linking breath with movement.  There will be standing and seated postures to warm and challenge the body.  Modifications and variations are offered throughout to allow individuals to practice at all levels!
9/11 12:10PM Midday Yoga Abby Slow Flow Gentle movements, paired with breath work.  This practice will be at a slower pace, giving time to get into each pose and holding each pose longer.
