Appointment Times:
- Morning - 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00am
- Afternoon - 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m.
Summary:
- One 30-minute zoom appointment with a dietetic intern. Client will be sent a survey to fill out before the appointment. Intern will review survey, do the appointment, and then send a follow up email.

Summary: Protein is everywhere right now, on food product labels, in grocery stores, supplements, on social media, etc. Everyone should be getting in as much protein in their diet as possible, right? Well, not necessarily. Join this Lunch & Learn Nutrition talk to learn all about setting individualized protein goals for yourself and meeting them in healthy ways through a well-rounded diet.
