Have you ever wondered why diets don’t work? It has nothing to do with willpower or discipline! Instead, there are physical and psychological consequences occurring when we “diet” that make lasting weight loss unsuccessful. You will learn in this presentation why chronic dieting not only leads to weight gain, but also increases the risk of future health problems. Additionally, we will discuss strategies to break the cycle of dieting once and for all.
