Summary: Designed specifically for first-time buyers, this workshop covers essential steps to get ready to purchase a home— budgeting, credit scores, down payments, pre-approvals and knowing what to expect along the way. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what it takes to become a homeowner and the benefits that come along with it.

We’ll also cover modern mortgage types, grants & options, costs to expect and how to plan for success. Bring all your questions & homebuying challenges! We'll have time to answer them all.
