Summary - Did you know that Americans only eat about half the recommended daily fiber? While fiber is essential for maintaining good health, it tends to take a backseat in our diets. Well… not anymore! In this Cooking Talks session, you will learn how to prepare simple, fiber-rich, and delicious recipes for the autumn months. Additionally, our presenters will equip you with practical tips to increase your daily fiber.

We will create flavorful recipes that strike a balance between taste and health, ensuring everyone at your table is satisfied! Our presenters will also provide tips for keeping nutritious meals alive and well during the winter months.
