Cooking Talks - Fall 2020

Are you in need of healthy cooking and meal prep ideas? Are you interested in learning how to maximize your grocery items while preventing food waste? If so, then join us for fun, educational, and hands-on cooking classes led by our registered dietitians and dietetic interns! You will also get to take home what you cook!

Pressure Cookers: Beyond the Basics

Join Dietitian Sarah Murray and Dietetic Intern Vanessa Velaquez to learn how you can expand your meal repertoire with pressure cookers!
Location: This class will be be streamed live through Zoom (a link to the class will be sent to all registered participants prior to the class)

- Login at My Missouri State.
