Are you in need of healthy cooking and meal prep ideas? Are you interested in learning how to maximize your grocery items while preventing food waste? If so, then join us for fun, educational, and hands-on cooking classes led by our registered dietitians and dietetic students!

Cost: Free for Employees.

Presenters -Whitney Sparkman and Morgan Hoover, dietetic interns and graduate students in Nutrition and Dietetics; Daniela Novotny, DHSc, RDN, LD, CHES

Summary - Join us for this dynamic cooking class where you'll not only master essential cooking techniques but also gain insights from our dietetic interns on creating health-conscious and party-ready finger foods. From ingredient selection to presentation, we will explore delicious, nutritious, and quick summer recipes that will be hits at your next gathering!
