Container Gardening
Fall 2023
Summary - Gardening helps us understand what we eat, encourages us to grow what we eat, helps save money, and aids in stress relief. The workshop will cover seed starting, planning a garden, planting, harvesting, and seed saving of various seeds. You will learn how to garden and plant seeds such as micro-greens, spinach, kale, lettuce, and herbs in a 1-gallon plant grow bag.
*Please bring gardening gloves if you have them and we will have extra gloves at the workshop as well.

What - We will be planting herbs (e.g., basil, cilantro, oregano, lavender, dill, and more) and will provide recipe cards that use herbs in cooking.
