Lost or Stolen Permits
If your permit is lost or stolen
The first lost or stolen permit may be replaced at the cost of $12.00, with any subsequent permits being charged at a maximum of one-half of the original value.
The replacement permit may be obtained at the Parking Office located at 700 E. Elm. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Contact phone number is 417-836-4825.
If you find the original permit during its purchased period, you may request a refund for the replacement permit during the current academic year when permit returned to the Parking Office.
Any vehicle using a missing, falsified or altered permit will receive a wheel-lock and citation. A report will be sent to the appropriate dean or vice-president.
