How do I appeal a ticket?

You must appeal a parking ticket or other notice to the parking appeals administrator within 5 (five) business days of the ticket date.

The university parking policy gives a free appeal for eligible violations.

If the original appeal is denied a second appeal must be submitted within five 5-days of the email decision date.

Finding your account balance

If you are student, staff or faculty you will find your account balance in My Missouri State. If you receive a bill for the appealed ticket(s), it is itemized on account balance. If you are non-affiliated with the University you may pay through the online parking portal.
