Employee are often pressed for time and have limited resources to make nutritious, yummy meals. This program allows Employees to come learn step-by-step directions on how to make easy, healthy meals or snacks.

Session 1

Title - Full of Heart

Time - 4:00 - 5:00pm

Instructor - Audrey Williams, Springfield Hy-Vee Dietitian

Summary - Join Hy-Vee dietitian Audrey Williams as she demonstrates 4 heart healthy recipes! Participants will be able to sample all foods made as well as ask any questions about nutrition during this time.
