A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical, dental, vision, or dependent care expenses. This reduces taxable income while helping cover out-of-pocket costs throughout the year.

Eligibility:

  • Available to full-time and qualifying *part-time employees
    • *Part-time employees only eligible for Dependent care FSA
  • Subject to IRS guidelines and maximums

1. 🏥Medical, Dental & Vision FSA

  • Pre-tax funds for qualified expenses (such as deductibles, co-pays, prescriptions, dental, and vision expenses)

  • Use-it-or-lose-it: Unused funds do not carry over

  • Tip: Estimate carefully based on upcoming healthcare needs

2. 👶👵Dependent Care FSA

3. 💳Post-Tax Deductions

  • Optional post-tax deductions for qualifying insurance premiums

  •  Medical, Dental, Vision deductions default to pre-tax: must opt out through AsiFlex during open enrollment

  2. Decide how much to redirect from your paycheck pre-tax
  3. Enroll, during open enrollment, via AsiFlex Online 
  4. Submit claims and/or upload receipts as needed
