The best way to help shape and tone your booty and GROW YOUR GLUTES! This 45-minute
class is a combination of balance, strength, and endurance exercises for your booty!
Featuring isometric and dynamic stability exercises to target all the muscles and
functions the booty should encounter!
This class encompasses Barbell weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass,
while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This class targets all muscle groups by
engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be done with low to
high intensity with high energy!
Explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility,
and balance in a supportive environment. This class is designed for the brand new
student, yet experienced students may attend to reinforce the basics. This class is
also appropriate for Prenatal clients.
More physically challenging than beginner yoga and multi level flow, this yoga class
incorporates conscious breath-work, vinyasa flows, sun salutations, and balance poses
to stretch and strengthen the body.
This class supports and enhances overall fitness, as well as your daily activites.
Intro to Pilates focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, coordination, and
balance in the body along with strength and flexibility in the back and spine.Booty

This classes will focus on body weight exercises and calisthenics infused with yoga
stretches to give you the ultimate muscle building and stretching combination. Exercises
will focus on legs, core and glutes, the major muscle groups used to power you to
a healthy lifestyle!
Ever thought about practicing yoga on top of a board floating in water? Wanna try
it? This class incorporates yoga on a free-floating board in water to promote higher
levels of relaxation, balance, and flexibility.
This class is suited for a beginner to a fitness fanatic- as you set your own bar
for how hard you want to push! Get your evening started right! This class is a variety
of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise. Designed
to change each week to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. We utilize
a mix of free weights, resistance bands, med balls, weighted bars, steps and BOSU
Zumba is a style of cardio dance fitness based on dance styles and steps from Latin
American dance culture! Zumba is a great way to get your heart pumping, listen to
great music, and meet friends along the way. When you break it down, Zumba is all
about community! This is a dance cardio class, but you do not need to have any prior
dance experience to come workout with us. A Zumba workout class is a judgement free
zone, and everybody is welcome, regardless of their dance or fitness background. I
can’t wait to see you out on the dance floor!
Manufacturing Muscle is a full-body workout class. The class is a rigorous interval
training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness
while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenges to push their
limits and walk out feeling strong
Class is designed to improve stamina, cardiovascular endurance, & muscle strength.
You can expect interval drills, arm work, climbs, & an all-out dance party on the
bike in this 20-minute ride. Music will be loud, inspiring, & explicit lyrics may
be used. All levels welcome in this low impact workout.
