Rec After Dark
Wrap up Welcome Week with one of the most exciting nights of the year—Rec After Dark
at the Foster Recreation Center! Experience the FRC like never before with an unforgettable
lineup of glow-in-the-dark activities and high-energy fun. Enjoy a night packed with
glow-in-the-dark mini golf, laser tag, late-night cycling, DanceFit, glow climbing,
and more. Whether you're looking to get active or just hang out with friends, there's
something for everyone. Come explore the FRC after hours, meet new people, and celebrate
the start of the semester in style. This event is free for all students with a BearPass
ID—don’t miss this lit end to Welcome Week!
Family Weekend is an excellent reason to visit campus, reconnect with your student, meet other families and show your Missouri State pride. It is also the perfect way to allow your family/friends to experience the Foster Recreation Center! Guests are welcome to use workout equipment, go rock climbing, attend BearFit classes, enjoy a Dive-In Movie at the pool, & more!
Eggstravaganza
Help the Foster Recreation Center ring in the Spring by going on an egg hunt in the
facility! With over 200 hidden eggs, you are bound to find one. Each egg holds a special
ticket; turn it in to redeem your prize. One lucky person will pick the "GOLDEN TICKET"
egg, which offers a grand prize! Only one egg per person, so make sure to hunt quickly!
Wellness Expo
The annual Wellness Expo gives students the opportunity to recognize where campus
departments fit within the 8 dimensions of wellness. Departments from all over campus come together to inform Missouri State students
and members of the Foster Recreation Center.
