The Department of Music invites you to join us for a performance featuring Missouri State's Grand Chorus and Missouri State's Symphony Orchestra.
The Missouri State University President’s Concert celebrates its 30th year!
The concert begins at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 4, at the Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts.
The university’s Grand Chorus and Symphony Orchestra will perform under the direction of Dr. Yi-Ping Chen, associate professor and orchestra director.
The Grand Chorus, which has over 200 student participants, is prepared by Dr. Cameron LaBarr, Clif and Gail Smart Professor of Music and director of choral studies; and Dr. Erin Plisco, associate professor and associate director of choral studies.
The orchestra, prepared by Director Chen, has roughly 60 students.
