Faculty Programs

FCTL programs are focused on supporting the growth and development of faculty members at all career stages with on-going, collaborative learning to advance the knowledge and skills of teaching and learning across discplines.   

FCTL programs promote faculty-led learning; and there are several programs providing opportunities for faculty to advance their leadership skills by facilitating learning and serving peers. 

While each program may have individual goals for supporting faculty in specific ways, all programs align to FCTL Core Values of:
