We review completed applications for admission on a rolling basis. You may apply to Missouri State beginning in the summer prior to your senior year of high school.

Apply early

Apply early to get scholarships, priority housing and your preferred dates for SOAR (Student Orientation, Advisement and Registration).

Submit the application for admission.
- Ask ACT/SAT testing agencies to forward your scores directly using our code

- Request official transcripts from your high school and for any college credit you have completed.
- Submit the FAFSA beginning Oct. 1.

After you apply

We review completed applications for admission on a rolling basis. Expect to receive an email acknowledgement of your submitted application and an admission decision within 8-10 business days following the receipt of all required documents. Decisions may take longer during peak application times. You may check your application status by visiting your application status page.
Accept your admission offer

Accept our offer of admission and pay your $150 enrollment deposit by completing the "Reply to Offer of Admission" form via your application status page. Registration for SOAR (Student Orientation, Advisement and Registration) begins Feb. 1. The enrollment deposit is fully refundable on or before May 1.
