Are you getting ready to finish high school? Here's how to get us your transcript.
How to send your official transcript
Ask your high school counselor to send it one of these ways:
- Email a PDF to Admissions@MissouriState.edu, OR
- Mail a hard copy to: Missouri State Office of Admissions, 901 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65897, OR
- Send it through an online service like Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse, OR
- Send it through the Common App.
Faxed transcripts do NOT count as official.
Have an unofficial transcript?
Email a PDF copy to Admissions@MissouriState.edu — we'll use it to make an initial admission decision. You'll still need to send us an official transcript after you graduate.
What about class schedules?
If we ask for your senior class schedule, email a list of your in-progress courses to Admissions@MissouriState.edu.
Transfer & dual credit: sending your college transcript
If you're bringing in college credit, request an official transcript from every school where you've earned or will earn credit — this includes any dual credit courses on your high school transcript.
How to send your official transcript

- Ask your school to mail a hard copy to: Missouri State Office of Admissions, 901 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65897
Transcripts sent by students themselves, and faxed transcripts, do NOT count as official.
