Send Transcripts to Missouri State
High school students
Are you getting ready to finish high school? You have several options for sending us your transcripts.
How to send your official transcript
- Email a PDF copy to Admission@MissouriState.edu, OR
- Mail a hard copy to: MSU Office of Admissions, 901 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65897, OR
- Use an online service like Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse, OR
- Send your transcript through the Common App.
Faxed transcripts do NOT count as official.
Have an unofficial transcript?
If you have a PDF copy of your high school transcript, email it to Admission@MissouriState.edu. We'll use it to make an initial admission decision for you.
Note: you'll need to request an official transcript from your high school after you graduate.
What about class schedules?
If we ask for your senior class schedule, email a list of your in-progress courses to Admission@MissouriState.edu.
Transfer/dual credit students
If you’re bringing in college credit, request your official transcript from each school that you’ve earned or will earn credit from. This includes any courses listed on your high school or other college transcripts.

College transcripts sent by students and faxed transcripts do NOT count as official.
