Presidential Scholarship Application
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Presidential Scholarship, students must:
- Have a 30 ACT or 1370 SAT
- Have at least a 3.90 cumulative GPA based on grades through the end of junior year (sixth semester)
- Be admitted to Missouri State University
Students may continue taking the ACT or SAT to improve their scores through October of their senior year. We’ll use the highest score, whether it’s the composite score or superscore.
Application process
All scholarship application materials are due November 15.
The scholarship application consists of three parts:
- Academic information
Provide your address, contact information, test scores, GPA and other academic details. - Activities and achievements
List organizations and activities you’ve participated in, along with awards and honors you’ve received. - Video submission
Share your interests, academic goals and career plans in a video.
How to apply
Before completing your application, make sure you have the required information and materials ready.
- Submit a sixth semester transcript showing your cumulative GPA and ACT or SAT score(s) to the Office of Admissions.
- Complete a 2026-27 FAFSA and have your results sent to Missouri State.
