Favorite Thing to do in Springfield

I love waking up early on a Saturday morning and going to Architect Coffee for a cold brew and homemade pop tart. After that, I head straight to the Farmers Market of the Ozarks and will pick up some flowers and seasonal fruit for the week. I love to catch up with friends over a walk at Nathaniel Greene Park or on Pickwick Street. As you can see, many of my favorite things of Springfield take place outdoors. I have found over the past 6.5 years that there is so much beauty within this community!

Why Missouri State?

I graduated from Missouri State with a B.S in Communication and am currently in my Master’s Program for School Counseling. When I was a senior in high school, I desired an affordable education that offered an amazing experience and value. Missouri State was the only option that made me feel secure in knowing that I was getting the best bang for my buck. I believe that Missouri State truly does put the cost of education within reach and we will continuously strive to keep it that way, regardless of changing circumstances.
