Hi! I'm Kaia Cobleigh, a NASM-certified personal trainer passionate about helping
individuals achieve their fitness goals. I'm dedicated to not only helping you achieve
your goals but enjoying the process too. Whether you want to build strength, improve
flexibility, or simply live a healthier lifestyle, I am here to guide you every step

My name is Lizzie Tuschoff! One of my favorite parts about being active is the feeling
during and after working out. When I lift, I take it as the time dedicated to just
me and my fitness goals. I am able to put aside any other stress or external factors
and focus on just me. I enjoy working with clients because I encourage them despite
them feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unmotivated. One of my favorite things about
personal training is the rapport I get to build with a variety of clients, and I am
there to help them achieve their goals! I was a beginner at one point, too, so I love
seeing and working with beginners in the gym setting.
Hi! I’m Melinda, and I am an adult student currently majoring in Exercise and Movement
Science here at Missouri State. I received my NASM certification for personal training
in October 2024. As someone who is relatively new to the fitness industry, I have
a deep understanding of how it feels to walk into a gym and not fully know what to
do. My goal is to help my clients feel more comfortable within a gym setting and learn
to incorporate fitness as part of their daily lives. I look forward to working with
you on your personal goals and tailoring a fitness program that fits your individual
needs.
I’m Nicholas Serocki, a personal trainer at Missouri State University’s recreation
center. I combine my engineering background with a scientific approach to create personalized
fitness programs that help students and members build strength, improve endurance,
and achieve their goals. I’m passionate about promoting health and wellness in the
MSU community and love being part of a supportive environment that encourages growth
and success.
Hey, I’m Evan Holt. I’m from Alexandria, Virginia, and I’m a NASM certified personal
trainer majoring in musical theatre at MSU. I specialize in highly personalized training
routines for busy clients, taking my clients’ schedules, goals, preferences, limitations,
and experience in mind. I’ve created plans for beginners, athletes and even a NYC
choreographer. Proper training routines are key to avoiding injury. I have personally
never suffered from a weightlifting related injury! I hope to help you achieve your
fitness goals!
With a NASM certification and a background in competitive soccer, I bring a unique
blend of athletic experience and fitness knowledge to my training sessions. I’ve dedicated
the past several years to weightlifting, honing my skills, and deepening my understanding
of strength training. My training philosophy focuses on proper form and high-repetition
workouts that promote fat-burning and overall fitness. My goal is to help you achieve
your fitness aspirations, whether you’re looking to improve your athletic performance,
build muscle, or enhance your overall health and well-being. Let’s work together to
reach your goals and unlock your full potential!
Hi, my name is Caroline. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal
trainer. I am also a Cycle and HIIT fitness instructor here the at Foster Recreation
Center. I use strength training to help my clients accomplish their goals of building
their dream body and improving their lifestyle. I take the time to explain to my clients
the “why” of the exercises or movements we are preforming so they can learn their
body and the basics of exercise to give them confidence to continue their fitness
journey in and outside of our training sessions. I also teach and encourage healthy
habits for their daily life for a more wholistic approach to improve physical, mental
and emotional well-being. I believe exercise should be fun, so I prioritize getting
to know my clients and the activity’s they enjoy so I can incorporate those activities
into their program. I love meeting new people and helping them in their fitness journey.
My name is Jack Belosi and I am a NASM certified Trainer. My love for fitness started
with my own weight loss journey. I understand the mental and physical challenges that
comes with getting fit because I’ve been there myself. My goal is to help my clients
achieve a healthier life style in a sustainable way.
