Faculty Senate Council Meeting Minutes

Approved minutes for each council for the current academic year are posted below. If a council’s minutes are not listed, approved minutes were not received by the posting deadline. They will be posted once submitted by the council chair. Council members seeking unapproved minutes from the previous month’s meeting should contact their council chair directly.

Standing and ad hoc Senate committees do not submit minutes for record retention. Faculty seeking information about a committee’s work during a specific academic year should contact the current committee chair.

To request copies of council meeting minutes from prior academic years, please email facultysenate@missouristate.edu. Include the council name, academic year, and month(s) requested. Council minutes are available to all faculty and administrators; however, for records retention purposes, not all records are posted online.
