Advisement

Students in the economics program are assigned a faculty advisor by the department when they declare their major.

If you have not yet been assigned an advisor, if your advisor is temporarily unavailable, if you are considering a major or minor in economics, or if you have general questions about the program, please contact the department head, Dr. Terrel Gallaway.

We recommend that you meet with your advisor at least once a semester until you graduate. Until you have completed 75 hours, you will need to meet with your advisor each semester to be released to register for classes.
