Research and professional interests

I study student success in higher education, and I am particularly interested in curriculum studies and data driven education innovation. One innovation I am currently focusing on, is to connect learning that happens in jobs to learning that happens in college classrooms. My work is set within the context of Discipline-Based Educational Research (DBER) as context is very important for any successful innovation.
