Check in and grab your welcome bag upon arrival.

Walking tours

9 – 11:30 a.m.
Plaster Student Union, Bear Statue
Let a University Ambassador show you around the academic side of our campus. Please allow 30-40 minutes for the complete tour. Tours leave from the PSU Bear Statue. Last tour departs at 11:30 a.m.

Campus shuttle tours

9 – 11:30 a.m.
Plaster Student Union, north shuttle stop
Hop on the Bear Line for a riding tour of campus. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the complete tour. Tours leave from the PSU north shuttle stop. Last shuttle departs at 11:30 a.m.

9:15 a.m.

Admission presentation

9:15 – 10 a.m.
Plaster Student Union Theater 
Learn the basics of the admission process, information about financial aid and scholarships, and more about becoming a Bear.

9:30 a.m.

Student Life expo

9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Plaster Student Union, 2nd floor
Visit with representatives from several campus organizations and student support services.

Meet the faculty

PSU Grand Ballroom, 3rd floor
Each of our seven academic colleges will have faculty and staff members available to answer your questions and talk with you about majors and programs. You can also learn more about the Honors College and the MSU Libraries.

9:45 a.m.

Dual Credit panel session

9:45 – 10:15 a.m.

Students will highlight their experiences with dual credit and the different ways they prepared for college success while still in high school.

10 a.m.

Multicultural Resource Center tours

10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Plaster Student Union, Room 101
Experience the newly renovated space and services provided. You can also learn more about the Inclusive Excellence Leadership Scholarship, including how to qualify, financial perks and more.

Residence hall tours

10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Various residence halls
Learn more about our award-winning residence halls and visit them in person. You can even check out brand new Heitz House!

Foster Recreation Center Tours

The Foster Recreation Center is a place for the entire campus community to work out, play and learn about healthy living.

  • Visit McQueary Health Sciences Hall for physical therapy, room 120.
  • Visit the O’Reilly Clinical Health Sciences Center for nursing skills and simulation labs, room 212; for anesthesia surgical suite, room 304.

BearFest Village Tailgate Experience (optional)

1 – 2 p.m.
Bear Head Plaza
Experience the hype and excitement of a college football atmosphere. Consider joining us for the game at 2 p.m. as the Bears take on Youngstown State.
