Visit the page for a complete description of each membership type.
Guest requirements
Guests not affiliated with MSU must purchase a guest pass and be accompanied by a current recreation center member to enter or re-enter the Foster Recreation Center (FRC), unless departmental passes have been prearranged. The member/sponsor assumes full responsibility for all actions and behaviors of his/her guest(s). These guest passes may only be purchased at the FRC Welcome Center desk. These guest passes do not include participation in wellness programs, intramurals or equipment check-out. For an extra charge, guests may purchase an additional pass to participate in a BearFit class or to use the climbing wall.
One-day passes
MSU students, employees and active alumni who are not members may purchase a one-day pass without the accompaniment of a current FRC member. MSU employees and students must show a valid BearPass Card to purchase a pass, and alumni must show a valid active alumni membership card to purchase a pass.
