BearFit Water Fitness Classes
Water fitness classes are offered Monday and Wednesday afternoons/evenings in the Aquatic Center. These fun, fast-paced classes are designed to increase flexibility and strength, focusing on cardiovascular fitness and water resistance exercises. Enhance your overall fitness today!
All the Zumba® dance party with the benefits of water resistance. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
Get the best of land and water fitness! On shore, take it to the next level with resistance training, cardio and strength, then dive in for challenges in the pool!
