HiSET exams are administered Monday through Friday.  Testing hours typically are 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm.  Exam scheduling is conducted ENTIRELY through the HiSET website.  Please see the HiSET website for available dates; this schedule is subject to change so please verify the date you want is still available before registering for an exam.  The time of a specific exam is selected at registration.  ADVANCE REGISTRATION THROUGH HiSET IS REQUIRED.

Registration for the HiSET

Registration and payment for the HiSET is conducted entirely through the HiSET website.

Unofficial scores are displayed immediately after completion of a computer-based test for all multiple-choice sections.  Scores are available through a student's HiSET account.  NOTE: the Testing Center staff at no time has access to a student's HiSET scores.

Neither the Testing Center nor Missouri State University maintain HiSET or GED transcripts. If you need a copy of your HiSET or GED transcript, you can obtain them from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education:

Accommodations must be arranged through HiSET at the time a student registers for an exam.  Students who require accommodations must contact HiSET directly and cannot register for the exam online.
