Steps for Large Classroom Scheduling

Spring and Fall Semester

 

  1. Department must have any 80+ enrollment sections scheduled in Banner. (See the Class Schedule Building Deadlines published by the Office of the Registrar.)
  2. The Office of the Registrar will run a report to pull all scheduled 80+ sections from across campus. The Office of the Registrar will also pull a report to show where these sections were scheduled during the previous semester.
  3. The Office of the Registrar will forward those reports to the Room Scheduling team. Room Scheduling will schedule large classroom space (capacity of 80 seats and above for large enrollment sections) in Banner based on last year’s information and any adjustments that need to be made for new sections, etc. 
  4. After the rooms have been assigned, if the room you were given doesn’t work for you, you can communication that to Room Scheduling and they can assist.
