Replacing a Lost or Stolen Card
- You can report your card lost 24 hours a day at the BearPass Card Account Management application. By reporting your card lost/stolen you can put your card into a frozen
state. Freezing the card will keep others from using your card for meals, purchases
and access to secured facilities.
- If the card cannot be found you can it replace at the BearPass Card Office in the lower level of Plaster Student Union for replacement fee of $25. Once the original card has been replaced it cannot be reactivated.
- If you find your card and it has not been replaced, you can unfreeze your card by going to the BearPass Card Account Management application.
- You can also report your card lost or stolen during normal business hours at the BearPass Card Office in the lower level of Plaster Student Union. The BearPass Card Office will, upon payment of a $25 replacement fee, make you a new BearPass Card.
The BearPass Card Office is located in the Plaster Student Union.
