Procurement Card Approver

The P-Card online approval module available through UMB Bank's IntelliLink system will allow approvers to electronically approve P-Card transactions/statements.

Features of the online approval module:

  • Approvers can approve P-Card transactions by logging in to the IntelliLink system.
  • The email approval feature allows approvers to approve transactions from email notifications they receive.
  • Approvers can view the receipts uploaded in to the bank system when they log on to approve transactions. This will eliminate the need for hard copy documents to be passed around.
  • The frequency of the email notifications can be customized by each individual user.
  • Approvers have the option of requesting additional information from the coordinators/cardholders for specific transactions.
  • If needed, approvers can delegate their approval authority to other individuals. The delegation of authority can be set to expire at a specific date and time.
