Commerce Bank Emerging Leaders Application

Commerce Bank Emerging Leaders is a leadership program that offers participants new skills, invaluable experiences, and many friendships and connections. Applicants for the program must be in their first or second year of college with the university status as freshman or sophomore. All applicants should demonstrate some involvement in at least one organization or program in their community while in high school or college.

We will select two groups of approximately 30 students for the program (60 total students). The program consists of 5 fun, challenging, and interactive sessions and a weekend devoted to an overnight retreat. Students will participate in only one of the two groups and will be required to attend all of their group’s sessions including the entire retreat.
