Commerce Bank Emerging Leaders

"Emerging Leaders equips students to excel in campus and community leadership roles through hands-on experience, faculty advisement, and networking with peers."

Each year over 200 students apply for the Emerging Leaders Program, and approximately 60 are selected. Students will apply for acceptance into the program, and will be placed into Groups 1A or 1B (Thursdays) or Groups 2A or 2B (Mondays) based on class and schedule availability during the Spring semester.  You must be available for all dates in requested group in order to be selected.

Students who are accepted into the Emerging Leaders Program have the opportunity to gain:

  • Hands-on leadership experience.
  • Mentor relations with faculty and facilitators.
  • All expenses paid retreat including meals, transportation, and ropes course.
  • Lasting network with fellow student leaders.
