Earn credit that you can apply to your master’s degree and bachelor’s degree (major) at the same time.

How it works

Are you already majoring in nutrition and dietetics? You have an inside track to a master's degree! Save time, money and graduate earlier with two degrees.

The accelerated master’s in nutrition and dietetics allows you to:

  • Begin graduate studies during your senior year.
  • Take 12 hours of graduate-level courses that will count toward both your bachelor’s and master’s.
  • Complete your master's degree in just three semesters (summer, fall, spring) after earning your bachelor’s degree, which saves you an extra semester or two.

This option is available only for Missouri State undergraduate students who major in nutrition and dietetics.

The accelerated track is designed for highly motivated students.

Submit your application during your junior year

If you want to pursue the accelerated track, you'll apply for this option during your junior year (the third semester before you graduate).

The accelerated track now offers a rolling admission format, giving you more flexibility to apply.

Priority admission is given to applicants who apply by Oct. 1 (for fall semester graduates) or Feb. 1 (for spring semester graduates).
