Residency Reclassification - Presence in Missouri for 12 Months / Intend to Make Missouri Permanent Home for Indefinite Period

To establish residency in the state of Missouri, you must have maintained presence in Missouri for a minimum of 12 months consecutively and have proof that you intend to make Missouri your permanent home for an indefinite period. You must first established residency. Once you have established residency, you may submit an application and the required documentation so we can evaluate your residency status.

Each circumstance listed below outlines the type of documentation required. Select each type of documentation for details on which documents can be used to satisfy that specific documentation requirement.  

Summer 2024 residency reclassification application will be available to currently enrolled students on April 15th. Applications submitted prior to that date will not be reviewed.
