Grad Fair Name Card and Cordon/Stole Pick-Up

Fall 2025 Grad Fair

When: October 22-23, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Where: MSU Bookstore

You must apply to graduate by October 15, 2025 to pick-up your name card and cordon at Grad Fair.

Instructions for name card and cordon pick-up:

• You will need to have submitted an application to graduate by the week before Grad Fair to be able to pick up the name card and cordon. If the application was submitted later, the name card and cordon can be picked up on the day of commencement.
• Please bring your picture ID for name card and cordon/stole pick-up.
• Name cards and cordon/stoles will not be given to anyone other than the graduating student.
• Cordons will be provided to students with scholastic honors.
• Honors College stoles will be available for pick-up for Honors College candidates.
• If you are unable to attend the Grad Fair, name cards and cordon/stole will be available for pick-up in Carrington 320 until 2 weeks before commencement. After that, they can be picked up on the day of the commencement ceremony.
• Please remember to bring your name card and cordon/stole with you to the commencement ceremony.
  • If you forget or lose your cordon/stole and would like to have it for commencement, you can purchase a replacement at commencement for $10.00.
