If you would like to be setup on Walmart Business account, the following information will need to be emailed to Isaac Balasundaram, Office of Procurement Services at IsaacBalasundaram@MissouriState.edu:

When setting up your Walmart Business Account, kindly use the first name and last name as it is listed on your P-Card.
For additional information on setting up your Walmart Business account, you can find how-to videos at the Walmart Business Onboarding Resources page. If you have not received an email from Walmart Business, kindly check your Clutter/Spam folder.
You will need to add your P-Card to the ‘Wallet’. The billing address tied to your P-Card is 901 South National Ave, Springfield, MO, 65897.
The Walmart Business account is ONLY for university business! Personal purchases are not allowed on the Walmart Business account.
Personal purchases made using the Walmart Business account are a direct violation of the university's code of conduct.
All orders have to be shipped to a university address and cannot be shipped to a personal address!
Springfield Campus: You will need to use 945 East Grand Street, Springfield, MO 65897.
West Plains Campus: You will need to use 128 Garfield Avenue, West Plains, MO 65775.
Kindly include the following under the ‘Delivery Notes’:
- Your building/room number
- Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm. Saturday-Sunday: Closed
All users will need to use 901 South National Avenue, Springfield, MO 65897 as the billing address.
Missouri State University’s Walmart Business account is set up to for Sales Tax-Exemption. You will have to be on the Missouri State University Walmart Business account to get the sales tax-exemption.
We are getting as much of a sales tax exemption through the Walmart Business account as possible. If you get to the checkout page on the Walmart Business account and see sales tax being charged, you are allowed to pay the tax.
