P-Card Dispute

UMB Bank provides a dispute process for fraudulent, unauthorized transactions or due to issues with a specific vendor. Vendor issues could result from a failure to receive goods or materials, fraud or misuse, altered charges, defective merchandise, incorrect amounts, duplicate charges, credits not processed, etc.

The cardholder or the department P-Card coordinator must immediately notify the Procurement Card Coordinator in the Office of Procurement Services. In cases of fraudulent transactions, the bank will close out the account and create a new one.

Notification of disputes should be sent to UMB Bank within 60 days of the transaction date.
