Request Data

The Office of Institutional Research provides data and reporting support to the Missouri State University campus community. Employees seeking data should submit a request via email to InstitutionalResearch@MissouriState.edu.

When requesting data, please include your contact information, a detailed description of the requested data, and the intended use. Requests are monitored daily. Our standard turnaround time for routine data requests is two weeks. Requests that are more complex in scope may require additional time. If the data are needed sooner, please indicate your requested deadline in your email. We will make every effort to accommodate expedited requests when possible.

Requests are reviewed and fulfilled in accordance with university policies and data governance standards.

Individuals external to Missouri State University will need to contact our Custodian of Records for additional information and review the information provided on their webpage prior to making a request.
