Learn to make your MISSOURI STATEment through Bears Lead!
Bears Lead is an initiative created out of Missouri State’s commitment to providing a welcoming, supportive environment for all students. We serve to help students successfully transition from high school to college through:
- monthly community meetings
- monthly one-on-one success coaching and mentoring
- social events
- access to our quiet study space with computers, printers, and snacks
- opportunities to build community with peers, faculty, and staff
Our transition programming is designed for first- and second-year students. Bears Lead students who meet semester requirements receive a $150 bookstore stipend.
