Welcome Weekend 2026
Welcome Weekend 2026 will take place August 15th for family members. Students have Welcome Weekend events the whole weekend leading up to the first day of class.
Events for Family Members
August 15th - See Ya Later Brunch - 10am - 1pm -Blair-Shannon Dining Hall
Join Dining Services and Family Programs for a delicious brunch before you head home,
and your student gets ready to enjoy all the festivities of welcome weekend and the
first week of classes. The food will be amazing, and you'll have a great time with
your student enjoying the dishes our chefs share with you.
Two family members eat free with a Missouri State student (the student must have a
dining plan for family members to eat free). The cost for guests past two family members
is $9.52.
While in Blair-Shannon, take advantage of the Family Programs Photo Booth where you can take some great photos with your student! Who doesn't love a photo
booth?
