Partners in Education (PIE) is a partnership of students (in their freshman year), their families and Student Success staff.
Our members stay connected with each other to monitor the needs of PIE students and to ensure their academic success.
Become a member
Join our PIE community by:
- Signing the Student Release of Confidential Information form. (This release does not apply to personal counseling, health or financial information protected by FERPA; however, if you are experiencing problems in these areas, university staff will be happy to assist in identifying available resources.) You have the right to withdraw the release at any time.
- Agreeing to the terms in the PIE Benefits Statement. To do this, log into My Missouri State, find the Student Success card and click on the Partners In Education link.
What are the benefits of PIE?
Members are entitled to the following exclusive benefits:
- Emails: Each fall semester, you'll receive an email that includes academic policies, curricular changes and advisement concerns. The emails will also inform you about additional services at Missouri State and remind you about important dates, like registration for subsequent semesters.
- Mid-Semester Progress Report: You'll received a progress report in the middle of the fall and spring semesters via email or snail mail from the Student Success Office.
- Final Grades: Final grades will be mailed or emailed each semester to non-student PIE members. A student PIE member can access grades on My Missouri State.
- Telephone Assistance: When questions, concerns or problems arise, members may call the Student Success
