Contact the Academic Advising and Transfer Center to declare a certificate in Spanish for the health and human services.

Admission requirement

Complete SPN 312(3), Spanish Composition, with a grade of C or better or through accelerated pathway for Heritage speakers or proficiency placement exam.

Program requirements (12 hours)

  1. SPN 316(3), SPN 317(3), SWK 375(3), SWK 599(3).
  2. All candidates must satisfy the General University Certificate Requirements.

Completion requirement

Attain a GPA of at least 2.50 or higher in courses used to complete the certificate requirements.
