Under this plan, you’ll complete you first two years at a community college or other university then transfer and finish your final two years at Missouri State. Review how your credits transfer to Missouri State.
The sample schedule below is for transfer students who have an associate’s degree or completed a general education block at another university and have completed foundational science courses such as Organic Chemistry (CHM 201) and Microbiology (BIO 212), among others.
You will work with an advisor to determine which science courses you still need to complete toward the nutrition and dietetics degree. Depending on how many of your courses transfer to Missouri State, you may need to add a semester or summer course(s) to complete the requirements in two years.
The following degree plan, last reviewed 07-07-2025, is based on the 2025-26 catalog and Missouri State general education requirements.
