We normally set aside an hour to speak with you. When you visit us, we will ask you to describe your situation and your view of what is going on, so that we can fully understand the situation. There is no need to bring evidence or documentation to your appointment, since at this point there is no need to prove anything. You are permitted to bring in a person for support purposes during your visit with us. We simply ask that you notify us of your intent prior to your scheduled meeting.
We will listen to identify the issues as we hear them. Then we will discuss with you what options are available, and as much as possible, allow you to choose which options seem to be most helpful and appropriate for you.
