Your first steps: Declare your major

There are no formal admission requirements for the computer science major. Just be admitted to Missouri State and declare socio-political communication as your major.

  1. Become a Bear: Apply to Missouri State. (If you’re not already a current student.)
  2. Before completing 60 credit hours, contact the Academic Advising and Transfer Center to declare or change your major to socio-political communication.
