The Graduate Student Exit Survey is a graduation requirement for all graduate students at Missouri State. It should be completed during your final semester as a student.

Important information
The exit survey will be available after a student applies to graduate.
This survey needs to be completed by the last day of classes of a student's final semester to satisfy graduation eligibility requirements. After completion of the survey, the graduation requirement will be met and this will be reflected in the student's degree audit within five full business days.
The graduate student exit survey opens after Spring Break during the spring semester and opens in October during the fall semester. For best performance, please use a desktop or laptop computer with a wired internet connection rather than a tablet or smartphone. Some students have reported difficulty completing the exit survey on smaller devices, and computer services strongly recommends any assessments be completed using a wired internet connection.

How the graduate student exit survey works
All graduate students on the Springfield campus take the survey prior to graduation.
- Please allow about 20 minutes for completion.
- The survey must be completed during the last semester when a student plans to graduate.
How it's used
Questions in the exit survey will inquire about experiences related to the student's academic unit and program of study, the university’s public affairs mission, and plans after graduation.
Feedback on students' experience at Missouri State is essential. Student responses to the graduate student exit survey are evaluated by the Graduate College as well as individual colleges and academic units. Results of these evaluations and student thoughts inform instruction and planning decisions across the entire university.
