Phi Sigma Upsilon (formerly Junior Greek Council) is a leadership and training program for new members of Missouri State fraternities and sororities. Many different speakers visit the council to talk about anything from money, to risk management, or even program planning. New members also learn from the various workshops that take place ranging from parliamentary procedure to event planning.
