Practice safe riding!

To help keep MSU safe and accessible for everyone, follow these helpful riding tips:
  • Stay off the sidewalks
  • Be mindful of pedestrians and other riders
  • One rider per scooter
  • Wear a helmet
  • Use a bike lane when available or ride along the side of the road
When parking your scooter, always avoid blocking:
  • Sidewalks
  • Doorways
  • Driveways
  • All other right-of-ways
How to report out of place scooters:
  • Bird App - the small triangle at the bottom left of the screen activates the "Community Mode" with steps to make a report.
  • or you may do an online report at help.bird.co and enter the word "report" in the search window of the website. 
Please provide as much information as possible, including the scooter ID which is the five-character code located on the scooter stem.
