Equity and Diversity Resources for New Faculty

Missouri State University is committed to providing all members of our community a place of study and work free from discrimination and harassment. The office for Institutional Equity and Compliance has developed a three-course online training program designed to inform, educate and guide members of the University community on identifying and preventing discrimination and harassment.

Online Compliance Training

All new employees are required to completetheir online compliance training within the first 30 days of employment. The Equity and Diversity training is required for all new employees, with the other compliance training being department specific. The three-part training program is designed to inform, educate and guide members of the University community on identifying and preventing discrimination and harassment. These programs are offered online and employees are able to print off a certificate to verify completion for their supervisor.

All University Employee Development registrations (Faculty, Staff, and Student Employees) and online training programs will be accessed through "My Learning Connection" Learning Management System (LMS). Please visit the My Learning Connection to learn how to access the site and manage your professional development.

After you have learned about how to access the Learning Management System, please download specific instructions for accessing the online Equity and Diversity compliance training.
