Printing Services Refund Procedure
Refunds are only issued within 90 days of product delivery to customer. Missouri State University Printing Services is not responsible for products damaged by customer handling or any other circumstances out of Missouri State University Printing Services control. Print products may be either refunded, reprinted, or repaired at Printing Services’ discretion if it is within the return policy time frame (90 days). Refunds can only be applied to the same credit card or original payment method that was used to make the original transaction.
