MFAA 2026: Expressions

May 31 - June 13, 2026

The Missouri Fine Arts Academy (MFAA) is a two-week summer residential program for highly motivated high school student artists in the disciplines of visual arts/mixed media, theatre, dance, creative writing, and music (instrumental and vocal).

Tuition is free for MFAA 2026 thanks to the support of the State of Missouri and private donations.

MFAA 2026 gives students an opportunity to establish themselves as young artists through many interdisciplinary, discipline-specific and elective courses. Open-ended exploration motivated by passion and creativity is what art is all about at MFAA.

Take part in creating a universal language to express your ideas and emotions through visual arts, music, theatre, creative writing and dance.
